Restart without shame
Why Days Without treats a reset as part of the process, and why your streaks never leave your phone.
Streak counters have a design problem. The longer the streak, the worse it feels to lose it, and the more tempting it becomes to quit entirely after one bad day.
We built Days Without to push the other way.
A reset is data, not failure
When you restart a habit in Days Without, the old attempt isn't erased. It moves into your history. Over time that history becomes useful: you can see how long your attempts usually last and notice when the numbers start to grow.
Every journey has ups and downs. The app should make it easy to be honest about them.
Private, because it has to be
The habits people most want to break are often the ones they least want to talk about. So Days Without has no account, no sign-in and no server. Your habits and streaks are stored locally on your device. There are no ads and nothing to buy.
You can read the details in the Days Without privacy policy.
Free, and staying that way
Track as many habits as you like. Days Without is free on the App Store.
